Judges 13:1-21 (Life of Sampson pt.1)
Today as we celebrate Father’s Day and honor fathers we will look at a message from the book of Esther. Esther was raised by Mordecai and Mordecai’s life gives several examples of what godly men should be like. We will learn some “man lessons” from the life of Mordecai in today’s message.
In today’s study, we will see what it looks like to live life on mission. As Peter went in obedience to the great commission, he happened upon two individuals that had supernatural needs. We will see how God used the ministry of healing and miracles to also bring people to a place of faith and belief.
In today’s message, we will look more closely at Stephen. We will learn that he was filled with the Holy Spirit, filled with faith, and filled with power. As a result of him having a life that was filled with God and God resources, he was mightily used of God. I pray that this message would encourage all of us to allow the Lord to fill our lives with Him and all of His resources.
Today, in this parable of the talents, we will be encouraged and warned to be good stewards over that which God has put in our possession. We will learn that God will hold us accountable for what we have done with what He has given us. We want to steward this life well, not waste it.
Philippians 4 (Pastor Fernando Anderson of Calvary Chapel Real Life in Austin Texas)
Guest Pastor Lundy, teaches us from the book of John. He tells us when the storms of life come, how we navigate them, and mindset and heart posture we should maintain during them.
Tonight we will have an introduction to the book of psalms and begin by going through this first amazing Psalm. We will see a sharp contrast between two paths, the blessed life and the cursed life We will be reminded that with God there's no middle ground. We can choose a Life in Him that is blessed and abundant or we can choose a life that ends in ruin. This Psalm gives us some wisdom and council on how to live a happy life and which path will lead us to it.
In today’s message, we will see Jesus being tempted by the devil after 40 days of fasting. Each attack from Satan is put to rest by Jesus with the word of God. We will learn how to use God‘s word as a weapon against the attack of the enemy. We will learn what it means to stand on The Word. We must know it, then believe it, then stand up upon it.
In today’s message, we will look at the genealogy of Jesus from Luke’s perspective. We will be reminded that God entered into humanity so that we might be saved. Jesus literally came for us! We will also see in this genealogy that He made room for all who desire to be saved to be able to come.
